At Telluride CrossFit, we work with athletes to develop strength, fitness, and wellness through bodyweight gymnastics movements, weight training, metabolic conditioning and mobility.

Since 2009, we have been working with members of our community and visiting athletes to help them be the very best versions of themselves at our gym in Telluride.

  • CrossFit is a Strength and Conditioning Program that focuses on improving General Physical Preparedness. CrossFit is defined as constantly varied; functional movements performed at a high intensity. At Telluride CrossFit, you will run, jump, row, pull, push, throw, lift and use your body in the way it was meant to be used. The workouts vary from day-to-day, and we always push ourselves to reach our highest athletic potential. But that's not all there is to it. Learn more

  • The gym is located at 137 Society Drive. We do not have UBER or LYFT services. You can schedule a ride with Telluride Express, Mountain Limo or jump on the Lawson Hill SMART bus.

  • Yes.

  • Yes, you can still exercise. This is not a “one-size-fits-all” fitness program. You will be given specific movements and modifications that support your goals. Over time, things you couldn’t do on day 1 will become possible! We use normal movements demanded in real life situations. We can reverse years of nagging injuries and replace it with strength and longevity by focusing on proper movement patterns, posture and technique.
